Information for Prospective Tenants
We offer a range of quality properties to rent ranging from 1 bedroom flats to three bedroom houses, available on a furnished or unfurnished basis.
In the majority of cases, references and one month's rent in advance will be required. Tenants in receipt of housing benefit are welcome.
Inspections are carried out on a regular basis at intervals of one month, three months and six monthly thereafter. Further inspections may take place, if thought necessary.
All tenants are assured of our best attention at all times.
