Council Tax

Since the legislation was introduced in April 2005 the Second Home Discount has been reduced to only 10%. By making use of our service, you will not be liable for council tax while your property is tenanted, your investment will continue to grow and, at the same time, provide you with an additional income.

Settling tradesmen's accounts

Advising you with regard to condition of property, furnishings etc.
